ISO certification
ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 46001 and ISO 20121
ISO 14001 — environment. You map your environmental impact, from waste and water to emissions and soil, and act where the risk or the gain is biggest. This is the standard clients and public authorities ask for most.
ISO 50001 — energy. You make energy something you steer, instead of a bill after the fact. Companies that have not worked on it structurally often reach 10 to 20% savings. Above 85 TJ a year, an energy management system is a legal requirement.
ISO 46001 — water efficiency. The standard for efficient water use. You map your water flows, find leaks and losses, and adjust your consumption. Relevant wherever water is scarce, expensive or permit-sensitive.
ISO 20121 — sustainable events. For organisers, venues and suppliers. You show that you plan and run events with people, the environment and the budget in mind. Increasingly a condition in tenders from cities, festivals and trade fairs.

Gap analysis. We put your current way of working next to the standard and show, requirement by requirement, where you stand: compliant, partly, or not yet. You get a priority list with realistic timing, not a doorstop report.
Building and implementing your management system. We write the policy, procedures and records together with your people, and make sure they work on the floor too: objectives, KPIs, training and management review.
Internal audit and pre-certification audit. We run your internal audits as an independent party, or we train your own auditors. After that we simulate the external audit, with the same questions and the same sampling.
One site or several?
We work with single-site companies and with multi-site organisations. For multi-site we build one shared management system, with local variations where needed, and the auditor works with a sample across your sites. Tell us what your organisation looks like and we'll map out the journey.

It depends on who is asking and where your impact sits. If clients or tenders ask about the environment, ISO 14001 is the standard. If your biggest cost and emissions sit in energy, or you are approaching the EED thresholds, ISO 50001 makes more sense. If water is a scarce or expensive input, ISO 46001 applies. If you organise events, ISO 20121 is the one that counts.
Count on 8 to 18 months, from gap analysis to certification audit. It depends on your starting point, your data quality and the number of sites. If a management system is already running, it goes faster.
Yes. We run the internal audit as an independent party, or we train your own people so you can do it yourself next year. What we don't do is the certification audit itself: that belongs to an accredited certification body.
Yes. We build one management system that covers all your sites, with local variations where needed. For multi-site certification the auditor works with a sample, so you don't need every site audited separately.
An ISO certificate is valid for three years, with annual surveillance audits. We keep the system alive: internal audits, management review and adjustment where needed. That way you're not back at zero at the next audit.
