Trafiroad had been investing in safer and more sustainable operations for years, often without explicitly labeling it as such. However, the company lacked a coherent overview of its current standing and a structured reporting system to demonstrate it. Together with Mantis Consulting, Trafiroad mapped out its efforts and compiled them into a voluntary sustainability report based on the VSME standard. The result: a thorough understanding of its own emissions, six clearly defined priorities, and a document to refer to when clients, suppliers, or banks ask questions.

In just a few years, Vandemoortele evolved from voluntary sustainability actions to a data-driven climate strategy. With Mantis as a partner for carbon accounting and EcoVadis, the company now passes the strictest CSRD audits and has achieved a rare platinum medal.

Attentia had been investing in sustainability for years, but whenever clients requested data, the team had to start from scratch. Mantis brought structure to this process, resulting in a bronze EcoVadis medal, improved scores on client assessments, and an organization that can now readily answer client questions with accurate figures.

With Mantis as their external sustainability coordinator, Belgian mattress manufacturer Revor achieved EcoVadis Bronze in 4 months and developed concrete tools for sustainable material choices.

Until recently, roof garden substrates lacked an objective benchmark for environmental impact. Acterra wanted to change that. A European tender requesting an EPD was the catalyst. Together with Mantis and COPRO, the company was the first in the Benelux to obtain a B-EPD for roof garden substrate.
