Are you the Project Lead we're looking for?

At Mantis Consulting, you'll help our clients achieve their sustainability goals. You'll do this by combining strategy and data to create actionable insights and tangible impact. Sound like you?

Your Role

• You support companies in selecting and implementing long-term sustainable strategies. In consultation with the client, you'll seek out the most suitable solution within their specific context.
• You advise clients on how they can make their operations more sustainable and which tools they can use to do so.
• You translate complex sustainability data into understandable and actionable advice for our clients.
• You independently manage your projects from start to finish and build lasting relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact.

Your Profile

• You have a master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• You have 3-5 years of experience with sustainability analyses and implementing sustainability projects.
• You can independently execute projects such as EcoVadis, CSRD/VSME, and Carbon Footprinting.
• You are pragmatic, client-focused, and possess strong problem-solving skills.
• You have strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
